MENACE Hotfix #2 - Pilot Death Hard Lock Fix

Hi everyone! Many of you have reported that the game got stuck after a pilot bled out. That issue is fixed with v0.6.4. Sorry for the inconvenience. Also thanks a lot for your bug reports and feedback!
