Time attack
There are now 3 challenges for each track:
Best time - just beat the track in the fastest way possible.
No melons - Beat the track under a given time after losing all melons.
Golden melon - Beat the track under a given time with all melons remaining.
Other improvements
Grip on gravel has been increased.
Tutorials are now more through.
Falling in water will fail the level.
Removed audio pops in the engine sounds.
