Tweaked the crisis timer UI to be smaller.
Made it so the crisis countdown timer no longer flashes since it's there for a long time.
Consolidated main mission widgets so you don't get 2 mission reminders on the main mission when it involves trading.
Bug fix - Game Over screen had too many buttons.
Bug fix - Fixed flickering of internal heater tooltip.
Bug fix - Fixed habitats indicating that powerlines need workers (they don't).
Bug fix - Fixed allied factions not attacking with orbital warships.
Bug fix - Fixed allied factions not loading warships with ammo properly.
Bug fix - Fixed structures placing goods in off maglevs.
Bug fix - Fixed tubes not always getting updated when turned on or off.
Bug fix - Tubes no longer generate a floating warning if they are off.
Bug fix - Fixed tech tree steam achievement being achieved earlier than it should be.
Crash fix - Crash when manually targeting an orbital warship.
Crash fix - Crash when selling an orbital warship filled with weaponry.
