Dear Pilot,
The servers will go offline for maintenance on May 26 at 12:00 (UTC+8). Downtime is expected to last 8 hours but may vary. Please check for updates if the maintenance is extended.
Season rankings and Ranked Mode tier settlements will take place on May 26 at 13:00. Once maintenance is complete, Season 4: Rising Embers will launch.
Below is important information regarding the settlement for Season 3: Radiance of Sanctuary. Please review it carefully and note the relevant closure details.
Tier Settlement
The tier settlement rules for Season 3 Operation VERGE Ranked Mode are as follows:
Tier carryover and rewards will be based on your tier at the time of settlement. Season tier rewards and leaderboard rewards will be distributed after the version update.
Season Extension Compensation
We sincerely apologize for any disruption caused to your preparations and combat plans due to the season extension. To thank you for your patience and to make up for the inconvenience, we will distribute compensation after the launch of Season 4.
• Compensation: Supply Crate · Rhythm (Non-tradable) *20, Matrix Credit *50,000, Mission Token *5,000.
• Eligibility: All pilots who registered and created a character before the Season 3 settlement, prior to the maintenance update on May 26.
Mission Tokens and Supplies
• Season Mission Tokens will be cleared after the season ends. Please plan and use them accordingly, Pilots. Also, Matrix Selections will close after the settlement.
• All qualities of Raw Ore · Radiance cannot be exchanged for Mission Tokens after Season 3; they can be sold for Matrix Credit.
• All unfulfilled sale orders on the Marketplace will be delisted. Pilots can process these expired orders after the maintenance is complete.
• The unlocked Cargo Space in Operation STORM · Mashmak will be reset after Season 3.
