Attention Pilots:
Mecha BREAK will undergo maintenance on March 13 at 12:00 AM (UTC+8) for about 8 hours (subject to extension). The game will be unavailable during this time. Keep an eye on official announcements for updates. After maintenance, all pilots will get a Maintenance Supply Drop (1,000 Mission Tokens, not counted toward season totals). Log in within 14 days to claim it via in-game mail.
Here are the main highlights of this update:
Striker Balance Adjustments
Energy Depletion Mechanic Adjustments
Energy recovery lockout duration after a Striker jump or dodge: 1s → 0.5s.
When Energy is Depleted, energy recovery speed will always use the ground-based Energy Regen rate as the reference, regardless of whether the Striker is airborne or on the ground.
Stealth Mechanic Adjustments
When a stealthed Striker's movement speed exceeds 60 m/s, a semi-transparent outline of the unit will become visible.
The faster a stealthed Striker moves, the more visible its outline becomes.
Even when a stealthed Striker's outline is visible, it still cannot be targeted by the auto lock-on system.
HURRICANE
Complex Shield (Sidearm) regen: 1,200/s → 1,600/s.
ALYSNES
Energy Autocannon (Main Weapon) reload time: 2s/10 rounds → 1.5s/10 rounds; reduced bullet spread and significantly increased projectile velocity for instant-fire rounds.
Gauss Cannon (Aux 2) damage: 5,200×2 → 7,000×2.
ALPHARD
Autocannon (Main Weapon) damage per shot: 1,200 → 1,300.
Rocket Pod (Sidearm) damage per shot: 4,800 → 5,000.
STELLARUS
STELLARUS Optical Camouflage (Aux 2) duration: 12s → 16s; cooldown refund rate: 1.5s/1s → 1s/1s.
While STELLARUS's Optical Camouflage (Aux 2) is active and the Striker is in stealth, taking damage no longer breaks stealth.
NORNE
NORNE Optical Camouflage (Aux 3) duration: 8s → 10s; cooldown refund rate: 1.5s/1s → 0.5s/1s.
FREYR
Bastard Sword (Aux 1) 3-hit slash damage: 13,000/15,000/17,000 → 12,000/14,000/16,000.
Phantom Jetwing (Aux 3) cooldown: 20s → 22s; cooldown refund rate unchanged.
Yuliang Spring Festival
The Yuliang Spring Festival event will officially end after this update. The Skirmish and Co-Op Drill game modes will close, and event-limited items such as Spring Festival Tokens will expire. Please remember to use them before the event ends.
After the Yuliang Spring Festival event ends, pilots can still access Hope Plaza via the base elevator. Hope Plaza will undergo some changes, and some plaza facilities will be removed or temporarily have their interactive functions disabled.
System Improvements
Leaderboard
Minimum tier required to appear on the leaderboard lowered: Champion V (5,000) → General V (4,500)
General tier emblems will now display the pilot's leaderboard ranking.
Pilots who reach General V (4,500) must complete at least 1 additional Ranked Mode match before appearing on the leaderboard.
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where FREYR's downward slash would sometimes fail to trigger when the main weapon and sidearm were used simultaneously while airborne.
Fixed an issue where FREYR would incorrectly retain its downward slash animation when entering a vehicle simultaneously.
Fixed an issue where FREYR would abnormally detach from its vehicle during a second-stage dash while entering the Restricted Zone tunnel.
Fixed an issue where FREYR's active Buzzsaw Shield drones could not be properly recalled after NARUKAMI entered the Decoy Drone (Aux 1) stealth field.
Fixed an issue where NARUKAMI's visual effects would appear distorted and jagged during stealth under certain graphics settings.
Fixed an issue where Gliders would become stuck and unable to detach in certain areas of Mashmak.
Fixed an issue where letters and numbers displayed incorrectly on Season 3 Supply Crates.
