Quality of Life Update #7 - Multiplayer Saves, Revive Players, Cart Fixes

One of the bigger changes in this patch is a rework to how player items are handled in multiplayer saves. Client players now keep their saved items properly, similar to the host.

Multiplayer Save System Rework

• Reworked the save system so that client players can now have their items saved on them properly, similar to the host.

• Also correctly saving & loading client player's location.

• Addressed save-related world-state issues that could cause things like doors getting stuck open, enemies not spawning correctly, or certain systems failing to restore properly after loading.

New Co-op Revive System

• Added the ability to revive a fallen player. (Added in preparation for Hardcore Mode)

• Players can now find a dead teammate’s body and hold the interact button to revive them on the spot.

• You get revived with low health, hunger & willpower.

Cart & Cargo Improvements

• Improved cart items containment.

• Items should now stay more reliably inside the cart while traveling through the maze.

• Reduced cases where carried items could behave unpredictably during movement or loading.

Performance Improvements

• Attempted to reduce late-game lag during longer sessions.

Controller Improvements

• Improved look sensitivity when using a controller.

• Controller camera movement should now feel smoother and more responsive.

Loot Update

• Duct Tape can now also be found at the Treasure Cyclops.

• This should make Duct Tape more accessible & less dependent on luck.

Respawn Timer Changes

• Increased Adult Boar respawn timer to 40 minutes.

• Increased Small Boar respawn timer to 30 minutes.
