🚆 MaSzyna Train Simulator – coming to Steam January 2026!
Since 2019, the MaSzyna development team has been working hard to bring our beloved open-source railway simulator to Steam. After years of technical improvements, new rolling stock, and an entirely refreshed visual engine, the Steam release is finally on track — and it’s official:
📅 Release date: January 2026
The upcoming edition — MaSzyna 26.01 — will mark a major milestone in the project’s history. It will introduce a stable Steam build with automatic updates and built-in tools for verifying and repairing the game files.
A journey that began in 2019
Development of the Steam build started back in 2019 as a side project, aimed at making MaSzyna easier to install and maintain. What began as an experiment has grown into a complete release — thanks to the passion of our contributors and the incredible support of the community.
