Hi Alchemists,

Sometimes the smallest details make the biggest difference.

One of the latest visual improvements we've been working on is the vegetation.

We've added procedural wind animation to the trees, making the forests feel much more alive and natural.

The effect is entirely GPU-driven using Unity's terrain grass waving system.

Instead of animating objects on the CPU, the vertex shader gently moves the upper part of each tree billboard using sinusoidal waves.

The result?

🌳 A living forest. ⚡ Virtually zero CPU cost. 🎮 Perfect for large strategy maps.

It's a subtle improvement, but together with the new ocean, rivers and terrain, it helps make the world of Cladia feel much more immersive.

🎥 Here's a short video showing the current result.-> View store page
