Lured In changes
The demo is here!
Our 6 months of work and playtesting has all built up to this moment, and now everyone can play the demo! Explore 5 different fishing zones, 36+ fish, tons of upgrades, research, and more! This launch also comes alongside a new update, v0.4.2.0, which includes a ton of new QOL, rebalancing, and fixes.
Thank you everyone for your continued support and help with playtesting, translating, and more! We've still got so much more in store for Lured In!

Added more supported fonts for languages with non-latin alphabets (japanese, chinese, arabic, hebrew)
Added a slider to modify your UI scale
Added font glyphs for Vietnamese
Added tutorials to each minigame, giving a tiny description on how they work (also includes new options in the options menu)
Added catch rate percentages to fish in the fishpedia
Added a languages tooltip to the languages button
Added a panel background to the weather icon in the travel menu
Changes
Made it so fonts no longer use your system font as a fallback. This was done so we can spot any broken characters, and make sure things will display properly on web
Changed the stats inside of the fishpedia to be in their own little boxes now
Changed the weight indicator inside of the keepnet list to be in a separate box
Made it so the research and ascension buttons now show locked tooltips when hovered
Updated the customer icon to fit with the game's art style better
Increased the size of the research icon in the shop stats panel
Made it so the fishpedia tab now shows that it requires a research to be unlocked
Rebalanced every fish value and passive income to use a new automatic system
Made it so the FPS slider now shows an infinity symbol when it reaches 0 (unlimited FPS)
Updated all translator credits and translations
Fixes
Fixed an issue where buttons weren't wiggling anymore
Fixed an issue where the UI shader would break on web
Fixed an issue where there was missing font glyphs on web
Fixed an issue where the 2x bite rate text was not translating properly
Fixed an issue where the "hide fish" button would not be set properly after closing the tank menu
Fixed an issue where the cursor changed into a pointing hand when hovering over the root node in ascension or research trees
Fixed an issue where having the options menu open and clicking another UI on the bottom tab in the aquarium would softlock the game
Fixed an issue where the reeling sound would keep playing
