Gameplay Changes
Changed the first quest on the 3rd tutorial mission to be "Have 15 or more satisfaction and 50 population"
Mules no longer waste their carried resources if the storehouse is full
Bug Fixes
Fixed the mules not carrying stone in Dawn of an Empire: Mission 2
Events such as disease or town fires are now properly disabled in some campaign missions
Fixed the Kastrudian bonus starting with Storage Rooms (should be Masonry)
Caravans no longer stop just before entering a storehouse
