Greetings Lords of Rigel! The most recent update included performance enhancements and bug fixes for reported issues. The update also included a new weapon available from engaging various types of pirate forces, the Coilgun. Coilguns are a "middle of the road" kinetic weapon providing a more "vanilla" option that pairs well with laser cannons for the early to mid game.

addedAdditionally, two community requests have been added namely breaching pods providing a small chance for technology capture when used and rebalancing of some of the higher end monster weapons when acquired so they start with less tech miniaturization. This mostly reduces the early game effectiveness of Phasers.
