Loot Tycoon changes
Hey Shopkeepers!
I hear you loud and clear! Many of you mentioned that having to manually proceed to the next floor was breaking the flow of exploration. To make your adventure as smooth as possible, Patch 0.3.8 introduces major Quality of Life (QoL) improvements, gear and affix overhauls, and a solid round of bug fixes.
🔹 Exploration Quality of Life
Added an Auto-Advance to Next Floor feature (Unlocks at Adventure Level 1).
Added a Quick Stock Non-Gear button in the Shop (Unlocks alongside the Quick Stock feature).
The game now autosaves automatically when returning to the Main Menu from the Shop.
Added a confirmation prompt when returning to the Main Menu during an active adventure.
🔹 Gear and Affix Overhaul
Unique gear and Runes now have categorized special affixes. (Note: Items obtained in previous versions remain unaffected by these changes.)
Equipment will now only roll skill-related Unique affixes.
Runes will now only roll utility-related Unique affixes.
Amulets and Rings can roll any type of special affix.
Normal affixes are now distributed logically based on the gear slot. (Note: Items obtained in previous versions remain unaffected.)
Weapons roll Damage, Critical Hit, and Life Steal.
Shields and Armor roll Health and Defense.
Accessories roll Drop Rates and Inventory-related stats.
Runes roll logic remains entirely random.
UI Enhancements for Stats
The Character Stats panel now displays detailed calculations (Base Value × Percentage Increase).
Character Stats can now be viewed directly within the Equipment menu.
Added a scrollbar to the Stash and Safe inside the Equipment menu.
🔹 Balance and Tweaks
Removed the beginner protection for the first 10 floors
Adjusted the pricing for several upgrade options
Increased pet movement and loot-gathering speed
Reordered the Auto-Loot UI
Increased the brightness of the Main Menu
Polished the visual effects on the loading screen
🔹 Bug Fixes
Fixed item labels exceeding screen boundaries on narrow resolutions
Fixed equipment being placed in wrong slots through certain actions
Fixed occasional freezing on the loading screen
Fixed fast-forward not resetting after returning to the main menu
This update is all about making your runs smoother, your gear easier to understand, and your overall experience much more comfortable! Thank you for the continuous feedback—your ideas are the absolute driving force behind this game's evolution.
Happy Looting!
