Loot Tycoon changes
Dear Adventurers,
Thank you all so much for your incredible feedback on the last patch. While pushing development forward, I've implemented some highly requested QoL (Quality of Life) tweaks based directly on your suggestions: the Equipment UI now supports direct stat comparison, and a Gear Sorting system has finally been added to the Stash!
On top of that, this update introduces brand-new Unique gear featuring"Shield"and"Execute"mechanics, which should give your survivability and farming efficiency a massive boost. Jump in, test them out, and if you come up with any crazy new builds, be sure to share them in the community!

🚀 Optimization & Big Changes
GPU Polish: Optimized performance to lower GPU usage, reduce power draw, and keep your rig cooler.
Combo Casting: You can now cast multiple skills simultaneously! No more clunky casting delays when running multi-trigger setups. (Note: Multi-skill builds are officially massively buffed; single-skill is no longer the only meta!)
Endgame Scaling: Ramped up the difficulty curve past Floor 10,000.
- Mid-Game ScalingIncreased monster HP scaling between Floor 300 and Floor 10,000.
- Gear SortingAdded a sort button to the Equipment UI.
Quick Compare: Hovering over unequipped gear now instantly compares its stats to your currently equipped items.
- VisualsPolished up the affix tags and added a wider variety of gear icons.
- Arena Auto-RollAdded a button to "Auto-Roll to Perfect Unique" in the Arena. (Unlocks automatically after Floor 200; hidden before then).
⚔️ New Mechanics, Gear & Balance
[New] Shield Mechanic:
Shields absorb incoming damage 1:1.
Must be generated through specific mechanics/gear.
Shields do not passively regenerate or decay over time by default.
Max Shield capacity is capped at your Max Health.
(More ways to generate Shields will be added in future updates!)
[Buffed] Thorns Mechanics:
- Added a new affixIncreased Thorns Damage +N%.
Shields (the off-hand equipment) now inherently come with a "+50% Increased Thorns Damage" stat.
Thorns damage can now CRIT!
[New] Unique Affixes:
(Skill) When taking damage, 10% chance to gain a Shield equal to 25% of Max Health.
(Skill) When taking damage, 10% chance to deal 100% Thorns damage to all enemies.
(Passive) Instantly kills monsters below the Execute threshold. +10% Execute Threshold.
[Reworks] Replaced the outdated "Chance to restore HP when taking damage" affix with the new Shield generation mechanic.
BUFFS
Skill Area Unique affix increased from 25% to 30%.
The "Crit Rate on Hit" Unique affix now also grants bonus Crit Damage.
The "Reduce Monster Stats" Unique affix buffed from -5% to -7%.
🔄 Other QoL Tweaks
Stat Panel: Your character stat display preferences in the Equipment UI are now permanently saved.
Arena UI: Your highest cleared Adventure Level is now displayed in huge text in the Arena prep room.
- VFXOptimized the look of Health Orbs, added hit visual effects for Thorns, and added a sick execution visual effect for Execute kills.
- AudioLowered the volume on Critical Hit sound effects.
🐛 Bug Fix
Fixed a bug where items auto-sold while you were away weren't counting toward your achievements.
Fixed some missing localized text.
Fixed a visual bug with gear comparison in the Arena.
Fixed settings drop-down menus randomly blocking the mouse cursor.
Fixed the game stuttering when the background music tracked changed.
Fixed hit effect positioning for Cleave-style skills.
Fixed melee enemies swinging at you before they were even in range.
Fixed a bug where pets would occasionally miss looting items.
