To get the important part out of the way, some of you might have noticed that Steam Achievements have been listed as a feature of the game for a few days now. This was of course to setup for this next update! You can now earn Steam Achievements!! When you first load into your save file, any Achievement you've already gotten should be re-granted and appear on Steam.
All right now onto some quick info.
I was planned to be done with this game honestly (to work on a new project) but recently, I had the urge to learn how to port games to Android. While I was working on the Android Port, I remembered a few things that I wasn't 100% satisfied with from the base game, which led to me making another update as well.
As usual, copy + pasted from the in-game Changelog: Additions: - The game now supports Android. - Challenges have now been added for more mid-game variety. - Emily Tauren now has a unique death message. - If too many Lean Monsters spawn in, they'll now start entering and attacking regardless of how delayed they've been by Atmosphere. - The game now has an intro to help explain the game's premise. - Lean Monsters will now attack you directly if you have 0 Lean. - Steam Achievements are now supported.
Changes: - Upgrade Interface now purchases on mouse release rather than mouse press. - Mechanics more seen late-game can now also occur earlier if you have a long run. - If Emily Tauren attacks the Lean Machean or the Back Door, she now does more damage than a regular Lean Monster. - Leaving the Lean Storage now automatically highlights the Lean Storage button rather than Start Game button. - The Shutter that drops down when the game is paused is now always visible. - Fixed a typo on the Achievements screen. - Emily Tauren no longer regenerates HP. - To accomodate for the above change, the unlock condition for Carton Cuboids is now easier. - Emily Tauren will now always bust the door if she chooses to leave. - Slightly adjusted black-out effect to be less harsh. - Lean Monsters that spawn behind you will now only spawn and leave through the left side, as there's a solid wall on the right side that they were previously obviously phasing through. - Changed the Drinking Lean animation to be a lot smoother. - Changed a bunch of Custom Game value names for clarity and consistency. - "Fix Machean Stability" now renamed to "restabilise Machean" for consistency with the game's tutorial. - Rewritten some Glossary Entries for expansion / clarity.
Bug Fixes: - Fixed several screen centering/stretching issues. - Fixed the select sound being played on game start. - Fixed a bug where some Lean Monsters blocked more collisions than intended. - Fixed oversight where Emily Tauren didn't appear by the Back Door if she was the one who busted it down. - Fixed Emily Tauren being able to spawn in multiple times. - Fixed bug where Lean Monsters who are cued to enter the room block off your ability to access objects behind them before they've actually entered. - Fixed various Lean Monster animation bugs, especially the ones around the Back Door. - Fixed bug where Lean Monsters who "comedically entered" stood in the wrong position. - Fixed clipping environment clipping errors around the window.
