Lazy Witch's Factory changes
The Demo Is Here!
Factory Managers, we’ve kept you waiting!
The “Lazy Witch’s Factory” demo is finally available!
We launched this project in April 2024, and it’s been a little over two years since then.
We’ve refined the game through two beta tests, and the time has finally come to unveil it to you all.
Demo Content
A time-unlimited tutorial you can learn as you play
Pay off your debt in 30 minutes—play the main game mode, “Factory Development,” as many times as you like
All difficulty levels currently implemented
Play as 4 sponsor characters (Gehenna, Lucifer, Leviathan, Satan)
You can enjoy 3 to 5 short scenarios (meetings) for each character
and 2 to 3 types of permanent power-ups for each character
.
Estimated playtime is 5–10 hours. If you complete all the endgame content (unlocking everything), it is estimated to take around 20 hours.
The protagonist, Momoko, now has voice acting!
Misato Fukuen provided Momoko’s voice!
We recorded approximately 70 voice clips. Her laid-back and adorable performance is perfect for Momoko’s character, and every clip is a must-listen, but the developer’s personal favorite is the incantation voice when using the “Staff Skill.” Be sure to listen for it in the main game!
Additionally, to bring out the full charm of every voice line, we’ve put our hearts into manually lip-syncing each and every one. We hope you enjoy seeing Factory Manager Momoko speak so vividly!
To everyone who participated in past playtests
Early 2026 - First Playtest
Back then, the tutorial was still unfinished.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the insufficient guidance, especially to those new to factory games.
In this demo version, we have focused on expanding the tutorial, so you can now start the game with detailed explanations.
The controls have also been significantly improved, making it so much easier to play that you might not even recognize it as the same game.
Please give it another try!
Early May - Playtest 2
This demo version includes numerous updates that address those little annoyances, such as an episode list feature, settings screens for key configuration and more, a contract history feature, and a display of production count per second.
However, since not much time has passed since the last update, it might feel a bit lacking for those who have already played extensively.
Based on the feedback we receive from everyone, we plan to continue adding updates to the DEMO version, so stay tuned!
That concludes the release announcement!
The changes from Playtest 2 are listed below, so please take a look if you're interested!
