We’ve pushed the first polishing update for the recent rebalance — based directly on player feedback. This patch is available only on the public_beta branch, but don’t worry: the main branch isn’t being neglected.

Class & Inventory Cards

Draining Lunge – Removed Ethereal from level 1. Pay cost reduced to 1.

Pickpocket – Level 2 reworked. Ethereal removed. Damage reduced to 8. Gold gained increased to 16.

Resistance – Play cost increased to 1. Number of transferable status cards reduced to 3 on level 2.

Penetrating Lunge – Breach removed. Now applies Shattered when dealing damage.

Luck – Enemy buff on play reduced.

Drawing Cards – Cost increased to 1. Ethereal added. Burn effect for Rare and Legendary cards strengthened.

Moxie – Level 2 damage increased to 8.

Self-Purification – Level 2 now has Ethereal.

Mark of the Doomed – Weakness replaced with Poison.

Reverse Grip – Poison increased to 10.

Share the Pain – Cost reduced to 0. HP loss increased to 4. Damage reduced to 16.

Consumables

Elixir of Damage – Now deals damage without distributing it evenly.

Goblin Bomb – Damage reduced to 16. Now deals damage without distribution. Applies Poison when damaging HP.

Gear Sets

Barbed Set

Taunt removed from the helmet and moved to a new inventory card linked to the helmet.

Set of the Crimson Steppes

Several item bugs fixed.

Added HP-loss condition for the Amulet of the Crimson Steppes.

Bandit's Set

Carried cards increased to 4 for the 2-piece bonus.

Helmet now increases Jab damage every turn.

Shield mechanics updated to allow Jab count scaling.

Poison increased to 2 on the boots.

Crimson Set

Healing from attacking bleeding targets increased to 4 for the 3-piece bonus.

Reduced number of Curse cards and increased cost of the Corrupted Bloody Spear.

Fire Fanatic Set

Boots effect reworked.

5-piece bonus adjusted for more build variety.

Demonic Set

Demonic Axe now steals less HP from allies.

4-piece bonus now grants Exposed in addition to Immunity.

Gift of Possession is now the Amulet’s inventory card and affects allies as well.

Demonic Boots now move cards while altering their cost. Rarity and price increased.
