Knights In A Different SpaceTime changes
UI Update 2.2.0
Well, it took a little longer than a month to get it done, but the UI visual overhaul update is here! All elements of the UI have had some change or improvement, whether a complete visual change, sound effects, or font, it's all fresh.
With the game feeling in better shape, it's time to turn my attention towards getting a demo out, and more new content to the main game. More news on this soon, but if you want to stay more up to date, check out my twitter for weekly posts.
Aside from the UI changes and bug fixes I've included a few other improvements and changes mentioned below.
Changes
Bonus mode has been removed.
After careful thought, I've decided to remove the bonus mode from levels, and merge the extra event into hard mode. You can still get your bonus mode unique reward by beating the optional objective in hardmode. This way you don't have to replay a level as many times to get all the loot.
Added selling slot.
Selling has been improved, you can now drop your items by dragging them out of your inventory, OR sell them easily by dragging them to the "sell" slot.
Added steam rich presence, now your friends can see where you are in the game. Cause it's cool.
Improved game feel for killing enemies to be even better.
Stores now show how many of an item you own, on the buy screen.
Loading screens now wait for you to press a button before going into the level.
Added sound effects to all UI.
Aside from the UI overhaul the game now has better fonts.
UI menus now show which item is selected.
Buffed heavy melee weapons swing speeds.
Redid base laser sight model.
Fixes
Fixed issues with the mission completion screen not showing all rewards right.
Fixed an issue with The Hunstman boss so the player can more easily melee it.
