add flame sword and fire staff to merchant
add min/max night available for merchant items

increase max quests per day to 7
change quest number to increase every 7 days

tweaks to hollowman to make it slower, have shorter hearing range

added global max for enemy spawning

add setting to adjust camera sway intensity
updated some hotbar icons

clean up area across from merchant at the gates
made player bell more obvious
tweaked area leading to beacon at the east tower
adjust log next to the lumbermill that players got stuck on
adjusted pans in the inn's kitchen
replaced many static bottles with equipable ones
adjusted rock players were getting stuck on in the forest
removed blue glowing basin near lumbermill
adjusted castle area props

tweak to bouncy mushroom in lumbermill area

backend performance optimizations
fixed doors sometimes not opening/closing for clients
fixed quest turn-in door sometimes sticking closed/open
fixed issue with spectators not hearing players or seeing certain things happen
fixed questgivers sometimes getting stuck on each other
fixed chicken double-grab duplication and infinite fire death bug
fixed spike wall trap not triggering
fixed bug with getting too much honor from killing enemies
fixed merchant items being grabbable by clients without buying and falling through map
fixed incorrect quest description for one of the quests
