Balance Changes:
Smoker Lv1: HP% Damage Cap: 100 Slow: 10%
Lv2: Damage 20 > 12 HP% Damage Cap: 1,000 Slow: 15%
Lv3: Damage 100 > 20 HP% Damage Cap: 10,000 Slow: 20%
Photon Cannon Lv5: Splash Damage 250,000 > 375,000
Defense Mode Changes:
Rewards now have their rarities individually calculated
Reward rerolls, every 10 waves 1 reroll is added
New legendary tower: Crystal Breaker
Echo Freezer Charge Rate 0.2 > 0.3 Damage 200,000 > 100,000
Reduced damage dealt by all mega invaders by 25
Reduced common and rare health reward values to 5 and 20 respectively
Modified common and rare luck reward values to 1 and 5 respectively
Removed Cheap Defender from defense mode
Fixed bug that allowed duplicating rewards
