Welcome to patch 0.7.1, we've got some nice changes and updates for you all.
MAJOR FEATURES:
New Hero Added: Vasir, The Demon Prince.
Visual effects overhaul first iteration added
Added saving system for Adventure mode
Added XP and Levelling system for player accounts. Currency reward is also granted upon levelling up.
Account UI panel added in main menu for viewing current account statistics and choosing your in-game custom background.
MINOR ADDITIONS / CHANGES
Tuned various card costs, especially for ultimate cards
Added Escape input handling for the main menu navigation as well as Tab input handling in the options menu for easier navigation.
New currency sybmols, Coins and Gem Shards
BUG FIXES
Fixed the background image scrolling functionality for the main menu.
Fixed a bug with the card pay (upgrade) system not accounting for the card cost modifications.
Fixed the health and attack display positions for ultimate cards on the battlefield.
Fixed relic slot positioning in-game so all relics are now visible and interactable.
Many balance fixes and tweaks
Other various bugfixes
Upgrade cards now correctly keep their modifiers between modes
VFX during resolution now appears above cards, the first part of a larger VFX rework underway
If unavailable heroes are somehow selected, you will now be defaulted to available heroes rather than getting an error
The VFX overhaul is still in progress, and we're interested in knowing which effects you do like, and which you don't. So, if you have any feedback, reach out on Discord.
We've also been having weekly live streams on the Discord, so if you wanna say hi, ask questions to the devs, or destroy us in a broadcasted game, definitely join in and get involved.
