Welcome to patch update for 0.6.2 ( and 0.6.1 )
We’ve been hard at work fixing up a lot of the core functionality of the game, and also working on the in-app store for later use. Here’s the big patch notes for both 0.6.2 and our previous 0.6.1 that released quietly in between, as well as some hotfixes we threw in there in-between.
0.6.2 PATCH NOTES
MAJOR FEATURE
Infinity Heroes Store Infinity Heroes now contains a limited store page ingame for access to in-app purchases. On PC linking your Infinity Heroes account to your steam account will be required. We will be expanding this store over the next few weeks as we add purchasable backgrounds, new heroes and other items. Purchases will be made using the Steam Wallet but all items purchased will be cross-platform.
MAJOR FEATURE
Infinity Wars 2 Preorder Purchasable in the store now! Infinity Wars 2's Pre-Alpha Prototype Preorder gives you: - Access to Infinity Wars 2 ( Available via IW2's Steam page, Soon™ ) - Access to the pre-alpha Infinity Wars 2 Prototype build of the game within Infinity Heroes ( Available in IH 0.8 ) - Lava Battleground (timed exclusive) in both Infinity Heroes and IW2 ( Available in IH 0.7 )
Unlike the separate release, the IW2 Prototype gives you full access to a playset of every single card from Infinity Wars 1 as they are coded in. This product is for experienced Infinity Wars players who wish to give early feedback on the game directly to the developers, and those Infinity Heroes players who are ready for something more complex and challenging, by being able to eventually deckbuild with the entire Infinity Wars 1 collection of cards.

Added steam account linking UI for accessing the store - New global relic for this week's rotation: Flame of Fate. - Added road map and patch notes popup display to show current project progress. - Fixed some bugs when repeatedly logging in and logging back out - Removed automatic scrolling of the menu backgrounds
BUG FIXES - Fixed functionality for some of the upgrade cards for the Pay extra system - Fixed layering of objects when zooming into a card in your hand - Fixed some playfab bugs caused by having a slow internet connection - Fixed some text elements that were not connected to the localisation system
0.6.1 PATCH NOTES
PATCH NOTES - Added account name displays for the in-game matchup panel - Twisted Rune Relic now only modifies within a range - Created save system for adventure mode. Players can play other modes and come back to their adventure game later. Doesn't currently save if application closes) - Added card upgrade system for spending additional mana to upgrade a card - Added account usernames to end of match result panel - Added a password recovery feature to the login panel. - Rotated available relics - Added backend from customizable backgrounds - Added more steamwork backend connections - Added new main menu backgrounds
BUG FIXES - Fixed the card tooltip displays for zoomed cards in the hero skill panel - Fixed adventure mode bugs and added reset run button - Fixed battlefield card border for created token cards - Fixed overlapping of battlefield and hand cards - Added changeable background image system for main menu - Fixed bug with opponent moving battlefield cards pre-maturely - Fixed Manaburn causing desyncs - Fixed Manaburn not applying to the game-over screen - Fixed Dragon Tamer having a broken card-definition prefab - Fixed Aerial Commander granting enemies flying when upgraded - Fixed the final few levels of the roguelike mode causing crashes - Fixed incorrect ability text on Rita’s hero power - Fixed Dragon Mother’s attack ability not triggering correctly - Fixed some attack abilities freezing the game if the blocking unit is killed by the ability before a combat round. - Fixed Archive Fanatic textbox - Fixed Airborne Scientist not being able to upgrade - Fixed Upgraded unit’s not calculating their costs correctly - Fixed issues where the player would be kicked from the game during the game-over screen
