General improvements, implementations & fixes:
Elements
Added 'Wallrun' element which provides a texture overlay on wallrunnable walls in official levels. (Also available in Creator mode, but map creators will have to add it manually)
Movement
Removed the hard limit on velocity when going from a running state to a wallrun state. (Previously 1250u/s)
Raised minimum wallrun velocity to 750u/s from 640u/s.
Added 'Wallrun' element to wallrun trace blacklist.
Creator
Exposed Wallrun element to Creator.
Added Wallrun to save list.
Exposed Blocking element to Creator.
Added Blocking to save list.
Options/UI
Added Input option to invert yaw (left/right) look. (Disabled by default)
Added Input option to invert pitch (up/down) look. (Disabled by default)
Added Gameplay option to toggle wallrun paths. (Enabled by default)
Audio
Soundtrack now correctly loops and should no longer cut out.
