Hi everyone!
We've released a new update for In Trusted Hands!
Last time, we said we wanted to make choices feel more meaningful and give client stories stronger consequences. This update is a big step in that direction, shaped in many ways by your feedback, reviews, discussions, and bug reports.
It brings new endings, an ending gallery, new outcomes for several characters, agency task penalties, and a few improvements to the game’s overall flow.
One important note: some of the new content and changes also affect the earlier parts of the game. If you already started playing but haven’t progressed too far, we recommend starting a new run to get the full experience from the beginning.
What's new:
Added an ending gallery, available from the main menu.
Added two new main endings.
Added individual endings for some characters. These depend on your choices and actions during the story, and can be viewed from the ending gallery.
Added new consequences for failing agency tasks.
Added two new hidden achievements connected to different endings.
Added new opportunities to report certain characters to the police.
Continued some client storylines with new outcomes.
Added more situations where your actions can lead to negative reviews and lower the workshop rating.
The special goods shop icon now flashes when a new item appears.
Slightly increased the pace of repairs in the early game.
Stress is now added at the start of each day, with different values depending on the selected difficulty. After all, workshop life is rarely completely stress-free.
Some less friendly characters now have more fitting dialogue bubbles.
The update is already live! See you in the workshop!
