Hi everyone!

A new update for In Trusted Hands is now live. This time, we tweaked the game’s pacing a bit, added new upgrades, and made digging through other people’s phones a little less stressful.

Well… as stress-free as that can possibly be...

What changed

New upgrades and Auto-Repair

We added several new upgrade levels related to repair speed.

Now you’ll be able to improve your repair skills and speed up the process. The shop will also offer upgraded tools that eventually unlock Auto-Repair.

Basically, the workshop should feel more convenient over time, and you’ll have more ways to speed up the routine stuff and focus on the most interesting part.

Clients now wait while you dig through their data :^)

Previously, checking phone data could feel a bit too rushed: you’re reading messages, looking through files, ordering parts, and the client’s patience timer is still ticking.

Now, when the phone data window is open, that timer is paused.

A client you’ve already finished working with will still leave, but the one you’re currently interacting with will stay while you’re checking their data. So you can calmly look through messages, photos, hidden files, and decide what to do with all of it.

Thanks to all the understanding clients!

Refused clients now add stress

Now, if you overcharge for a repair twice and the client refuses because of it, your character gains stress.

We want the workshop to feel a little more alive: not every visitor is easy to deal with.

Fixed “lost clients”

We also fixed an issue where some clients could get lost or behave strangely.

They should be a bit more collected now. Physically, at least.

What’s next

We’re already working on future updates. We want to make the consequences of your decisions feel stronger and make individual client stories more noticeable.

Here’s what we’re planning:

  • individual endings for some characters;

  • ending slides showing what happened to clients after your decisions;

  • an ending gallery;

  • a reworked review system;

  • penalties for failing agency tasks;

  • more situations where your actions can seriously change characters’ lives.

Thank you to everyone who plays the game, leaves reviews, and helps us make it better.

See you in the workshop.
