Better Camera Fix

The player camera has received another update. The big fix here is that the previous update caused other issues that were perhaps worse than the lowering camera bug. As of now the camera will zoom in slightly into the player's perspective near the head when it is close to the wall. I've done a couple missions like this already and it seems to be the best option so far.
