Patch Notes: Build 0.89 "Slow-motion"

Hey everyone! This patch brings you a screen resolution dropdown and the slow-motion toggle can now be bound to a key. I’ve also made tweaks to mission sizes and drill placement to reduce the chance of a "bad map".

I’ve also made tweaks to mission sizes and drill placement to reduce the chance of a "bad map". Most of these fixes came straight from your feedback, so thank you for letting me know what needs improving! If you’ve more ideas or spot anything else that needs fixing, don’t hesitate to let me know.

Before we go to the patch notes I would like to share this small gif of how you can move, cancel and stow rooms in the Space Station. It is not fully tutorialized yet so some might have missed it.

Added:

  • Screen Resolution dropdown in Settings.

  • Slow Motion (Reduced Game Speed) toggle can now be bound to a key in Settings.

Balance:

  • Deep Drill and Refinery now spawn at least 20 meters from the edge (previously 10).

  • Minimum mission size increased from 60 to 70.

Changes:

  • Research Tree layout is now better and straighter.

  • Holding Shift in Traditional control scheme always triggers box selection (=no accidental dragging).

Fixes:

  • Research Node and Upgrade Tooltips now update immediately after being researched.

  • Raid rewards no longer persist incorrectly after leaving a raid.

  • The "Send Analytics Data" toggle now correctly displays its state ( default off).

  • Blade Turret, Deep Drill & Wall health upgrades now properly increase durability.

  • Bomber Cooldown upgrades actually reduce the cooldown as intended.

  • Soldier Air printing now uses the correct base value.

  • Droppable items can't be lost by dropping them too quickly on invalid locations.

  • Mech Collectibles are harder to push by hero destination targets or dragged buildings.

Just a heads up. Walls can't be built in the current version. I will fix it tomorrow.
