Idle Hero TD - Tower Defense changes
QoL Improvements:
Changed the Ultra Boss menu from a fullscreen menu to a smaller side panel that keeps the map visible, similar to the hero build/level menus.
While playing on PC, you can use CTRL+S to quickly force a cloud save.
Added exp and rank gains to the idle mode / battery saver cover.
Balance Changes:
Further reduced the energy cost of several automation upgrades.
Offline progress gold earnings were reduced, but energy and exp gains were increased.
Rebalanced several Daily Task and Weekly Mission requirements.
Increased max level of Ultimus Spawns in the Tournament upgrade menu.
Increased max level of the Ultimus Wave setting for the Auto Ultimus function.
Performance Improvements:
Massive code refactoring to improve performance in nearly all aspects of the game.
Never miss an attack due to FPS issues again! Heroes can now attack multiple times per frame, which should 100% prevent any accidental leaks due to lag (especially during the Time Warp spell).
Added an "Ultra Low Quality" toggle to the Settings menu. This disables projectiles, texts, and animations for extreme performance improvements, especially on mobile (but it looks kind of ugly).
Bug Fixes:
Fixed bug that was allowing Supreme Ultimus to be teleported by Skymage (should be immune).
Fixed various other minor bugs and UI issues.
