removedBalance: - Slightly lowered the power of Enemies during the Tutorial. Removed their Crit Chance to reduce variance. Randomness is a core part of this game, but dying to unlucky Crits should be a thing AFTER the Tutorial! - Lowered the Health gained from the Mutations meta progression from 5 per level, to 3 per level.
