Dear sirs, the following is the update content:
Adjustments
City merchants have been consolidated to 3 from the original multiple types. It's now: consumables and goods/equipment/materials. 3 Types.
Black market recruitment no longer requires a notorious reputation.
Now, in addition to the prefectural magistrate, clerks in the scholar may also accept submission to serve in state.
Reduced all loading time.
Improved average graphic stability and frame rate on large maps. (A few minor stutters still occur occasionally during cross-day transitions.)
High-end configuration: Intel® Core™ Ultra 7 265KF, RTX 5080 16G; graphics settings at maximum:
Improved from an average of 100 FPS to an average of 140 FPS, with reduced stuttering.
Standard configuration: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core, GTX 1060 6G; graphics settings at high:
Improved from an average of 40 FPS to an average of 70 FPS, with reduced stuttering.
We will continue to improve large map performance and reduce and speed up loading times.
Fixes
Fixed an issue where movement speed was reduced after a heavy charge attack on horseback.
Further fixes to other issues that caused enemies to get stuck in invisible walls or fall into water during siege battles or bridge fights, preventing the battle from ending.
Fixed an occasional error when allocating attribute points.
Fixed an issue where the Nine Cauldrons Fragment sacrifice would freeze when using languages other than Chinese.
Fixed an issue where the recruitment quest could freeze.
Continuously refine the English localization descriptions.
In addition, issues include stuttering and frame drops, other crashes, excessive loading times, the Empty City Stratagem, missing items for production and construction, retainers not being able to learn ideas, books not being marked, separate inventory weight calculations, slow character movement, and other issues not mentioned here.
We are working on these issues, and the changes require extensive testing and fine-tuning. We will definitely fix them all and will not abandon the project.
