EndGameLoop Games is the new developer of Hotel Galactic!

Hey everyone!

We’re EndGameLoop Games, the new development studio behind Hotel Galactic. We’re reaching out today to share some major updates about our studio transition and most importantly, to reassure you that the future of the game is not just secure - it’s incredibly bright!

Why the Change?

To be completely open with you about why this transition happened: the games industry is facing some incredibly tough times right now, and Ancient Forge unfortunately wasn't immune to them. Balancing a premature Early Access launch with the intense financial strain of fixing and supporting the game took a severe toll on the company. Ultimately, they reached a point where they could no longer sustain development.

That is where we stepped in. We acquired the project (along with the rights to The Tenants!) and focused on making the transition as smooth and painless as possible. For us, a huge part of that meant looking out for the people behind the project.

We are incredibly proud to share that we have brought on as many of Ancient Forge's talented developers as possible and we couldn’t be happier to have them on board.

What’s Next for Hotel Galactic?

We are fully committed to making Hotel Galactic the ultimate cozy haven. We’re already hard at work and you won’t have to wait long to see what we've been building. We have a massive new content update dropping soon!

An Update on The Tenants

Along with Hotel Galactic, we have also acquired the rights to Ancient Forge’s other major title, The Tenants. We are well aware of the bugs and issues currently plaguing the game, and we are fully committed to making it better.

We’ve already started looking under the hood, but we want to be completely honest with you: this is going to take some time. Our team needs to dive deep into the existing code and get properly familiar with the game's systems before we start pushing updates. We are on it, and we’ll give you a dedicated update on The Tenants the second we have clear news to share.
