0.0.83.7 - fixes and 6 new more achievements!

Overall it's 4 fixes and 6 new achievements.

1.Fixes:

1. Fixed wrong texts for cards;

2. Fixed that too many bullets get wasted for minigun;

3. Fixed that racketeering didn't give any money;

4. Fixed not working correctly item icons below the character (wrong colors and images).

2.Achievements:

1. Added an achievement for successful racketeering;

2. Added an achievement for unsuccessful racketeering;

3. Added an achievement for talking and making somebody happy;

4. Added an achievement for talking and making somebody angry;

5. Added an achievement for being kicked out from the hotel;

6. Added an achievement for getting in the hotel.
