Heavy Metal Death Can changes
It's been two weeks since Heavy Metal Death Can left port but it feels like it's been longer than that. It has been our pleasure and privilege to bring this game to you, to our survival horror community and beyond. We've released three patches since launch addressing feedback and trying to make the game really solid and a lot of you have given us a second chance after your issues were fixed.
There are a lot of great games out there, and the fact that you guys choose to spend your time with ours is a real honor. We wanted to make something honest and when people are vibing with your raw and true expression it feels like we've found our tribe, you know?
I've put together a little compilation of choice moments from some of the first streamers who highlighted our little game. I watched these together with the team, terrified and excited to see some of the first reactions to the game beyond the demo.

Now we're working on an update to add some stuff to the game beyond fixes. We're working on difficulty modes to bring players in who want a less punishing experience, and to give those who are looking for it a real challenge. To improve replayability we're working on an Item Randomizer as well as adding cheats and an in game timer for speedrunners.
We aim to release this update next week, with localization being the focus for the update after that.
