  • Balance
changedWhat it does: → Train four troop types (Sword, Spear, Range, Hero) — each with its own cost, duration, and power → Pick from a rotating mission list (Easy, Medium, Hard) with distinct enemy power, success chance, and expected loot → Send composed troop groups on missions, take losses, return with scrolls, coin, and gold → Sometimes your army grows in the field instead of shrinking

This was the last major mechanic I needed to finish before Early Access. Getting it working end-to-end feels like a real weight off my shoulders.

The Steam Early Access will arrive later this year with a more polished version. Wishlisting on Steam remains the most useful thing you can do to help the project — it directly affects launch visibility.

Endless thanks to everyone following along.
