GunnRunner changes
Assist Mode
Most important thing to note here is **Assist Mode**. For those that cannot enjoy the game in the intended challenge, but still wish to experience what the game has to offer. Achievements can still be earned on this mode. Albeit, this can still be a difficult task. But leaderboards will not populate with runs completed while Assist Mode is active.
Assist Mode added in the Extra section in the Options menu
Enemy bullets do no damage
Sword hitbox size increased
Permanent fast-dash
Unlimited air-dashes
No bullet spread
While Assist Mode is active, achievements still activate, but times cannot be submitted to the leaderboard
General
Sum of Best and Single Segment times can now be viewed from the "level stats" menu (both standard and gild)
Game time is now visible on the World Timer when beginning on World 1, level 1
Game time is reset upon returning to the title screen
Splits now properly track single segments differently from segmented
Player bullets now spawn angled in the direction of flight
Can now use scroll wheel to adjust some items in the editor
Edge enemy range now matches its warning indicator
Edge enemy maximum range reduced by 1 block (32 pixels)
UI improvements to leaderboards
Implemented more visually random and dynamic explosion animations and sprites
Levels
Freestform rebalanced with easier pylon placement (still difficult)
Aztec adjusted slightly for new-player experience (should not effect speedrun routes)
Bug Fixes
Bug where items could not be unsubscribed from the Workshop is now fixed
Bug with heavy enemy firing faster than expected has been fixed
Bug with edge enemy getting stuck in one spot should be fixed (keeping watch on it)
Crash bug from pressing "p" on editor now fixed
