Affix Rarity and Affix Pool

Affixes now have their own rarity tiers, independent of weapon rarity. While any weapon can technically roll any affix quality, higher-tier weapons have a significantly better chance of rolling a Legendary affix.

We’ve also doubled the number of affixes in the game, with most of the new additions focused on increasing DPS.

The Reforge System (Reroll)

You can now reroll both affix values and affix types using your extra Helldust. The reroll cost increases with each attempt.

Filters

Managing hundreds of weapons is now easier with the newly added Affix Filters.

Other Changes and Fixes

UI/UX

  • Fixed Reforge widget behavior when switching between Forge tabs

Perks

  • Translocation

    • Now has a 50% chance to trigger

    • Projectiles that fail to translocate will no longer roll the chance again

  • Vitality

    • Now adds 5 health points instead of doubling health

Gameplay Fixes

  • Altars can no longer be destroyed while being captured

  • Altars are now destroyed only when:

    • capture progress drops to 0

    • capture is completed

  • Fixed Baldur shaking during its appearance animation

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where skull drops could get stuck in obstacles

  • Fixed input loss when quickly selecting weapons for recycling (controller)

  • Fixed Railgun ability spawning duplicate projectiles at low HP

Platform

  • Improved system preferences handling for Steam Deck

    • Settings such as resolution, VSync, frame limit, effects, and brightness are now handled per device

General

  • Fixed another set of rare crashes

  • Fixed another set of UI/UX controller input bugs and freezes
