While we are wrapping up the playtest report and going through all the feedback, we want to highlight some of the UI changes that were already part of the last playtest.

Implemented:

  • Reorganizing menus and submenus so navigation feels quicker and more intuitive.

  • Adding filters and sorting options that work across all Forge screens.

  • Implementing quick Recycle so you can concert weapons to resources without pain.

  • There is also a new Codex tab, a place where you can find detailed information about game entities, starting with synergies.

  • Settings: Standard video/audio options, plus some initial accessibility features like colorblind modes. They are not perfect yet, but definitely better than nothing.

We want you to spend less time fighting the menus and more time fighting demons.

More UI changes are coming, but the last playtest had far fewer complaints - progress.
