changed- Improved movement and pathfindinginstead of the red ghost ship display and cancel movement when attempting illegal move, it now shows the move you can actually do closest to the one you are attempting and will send the ship there. this also improves the pathfinding around planets making it smoother and less awkward.

- Ship upgrading/modifications

you can now use your profile/fleet panel to upgrade your owned hulls.

each upgrade costs that specific hull tech and will give a selected upgrade to the various stats of a ship.

stats include - engines, hull, reactor, firing computer, d-nodes, and cannon.

- Mid game joining multiplayer

players can join friends mid game and will "jump in" just like reinforcements do.

- New Mission "Archeology Dig"

players must control an orbit of a planet to dig for rewards. rewards go into the team cargo hold. enemies arrive in waves. and more.

Bug fixes

  • turn highlighter remained after end turn.

  • shot preview line remained after end turn.

  • ai would get stuck between planets with bad pathfinding.

  • ai would replay turn right away and sometimes store up turns.

  • ai commands during no active players on same team/dead would not get accepted

  • orders would stall ai

  • recovery mission/if stable hull destroyed can still recover the core for partial recovery

  • if recovery mission resolved as stable, but player died. the stable ship should still extract and reward player with recovered hull.

  • multiplayer disconnect removed ship immediately.

  • multiplayer disconnect didn't have a cancel rejoin attempt.

  • on disconnect further acting resulted in harder resync after reconnect.

  • hint updates

  • auto close popup when lobby updates

  • fixed tutorial "controls" text overlap gameoverui

  • tutorial never displayed reward

  • fixed angle compass 90 and 270 reversed

  • movement weird
