addedThis week's update slips in a handful of new parts including a new beam sword, beam rifle, mounted cannon and torso. The new rifle uses an extremely wide beam capable of catching multiple targets and washing over them to deal damage in a line. The new beam sword is only active while swinging and comes with a high heat cost but has an extremely long reach. The new mounted cannon rounds out the Galewind cannon line and has a new boosted firing mode that increases fire rate by 30% at the cost of heat build up. The torso simply fills a gap in tier 2 of a melee resistant torso with back slots.
addedIf you've made it this far, you can look forward to a weirder update next week. While there is still a lot of work to be done on campaign 4, I will be looking to release a preview version of the campaign featuring its core mechanics. The preview campaign will end before reaching the finale but will be a good opportunity to provide feedback and shape the development of the campaign's new systems.
