Good Children Say Grace changes
Thanks for all the feedback! Here is an additional batch of fixes. The game should be mostly stable now, so I can focus on developing more content without technical worries.
Gameplay & Progression
Weird Place now loads the correct level. It was showing the Coffee level.
Fixed all level loading logic. Weird Place no longer loads the wrong place if you've already played it.
Stopped the audio cue from auto playing when you exit after loading Weird Place.
Fixed Amelia's dialogue choice and text position at the window.
Fixed the 2D camera so it stops wandering into the new zone from outside.
Roof
Fixed the roof section that previously broke the game.
Removed the incorrect shader area. Things look better now.
Lighting & Visuals
Brightened the bad Amelia room. You can see her now.
Fixed a bug where the wrong eyes showed up on different versions of Amelia. You would not have known this was a bug. Now it is not one.
Audio
The bad Amelia room was extremely loud. Reduced the volume on the first four honey lines.
Performance
General performance and optimization improvements.
Known Issues (Not Bugs, Coming in Future Versions)
There are still some story placeholders. In places it may feel like you're being rushed. That's the placeholder, not you. The bigger content integrations are happening now.
Performance is much better, but I'm still trying to get the game running on 2GB RAM systems for the sake of total accessibility. Super low mode may work. It looks REALLY bad.
Technically the build is getting there. I'm now mostly finalizing choices, story, and journal entries.
