The new combat changes are still a work-in-progress, but we welcome feedback on whether this is in the right direction for the game
Based on feedback from previous tests, there will be no time limit per session, but ending the session (or closing the game) will reset progress; progress is not saved
You can repeat as many sessions as you’d like during the test window
If you are part of the test, you will see the God Save Birmingham Playtest app show up in your Steam library during the schedule above
After playing, please share your thoughts in the feedback survey, using the link in the build
To provide more context on this round of testing: one of the key areas of improvement you helped us identify was combat, especially how heavy and sluggish it could feel. Since this is an area that can have a far-reaching impact on what type of survival game God Save Birmingham becomes, we would like to verify the new direction early.
We look forward to hearing your feedback on the early combat improvements we’re making, so that we can dial in the game towards the right direction!
