Thank you all for your feedback! We’ve gathered the most common requests and fixed critical issues to make the gameplay more stable and enjoyable. Some other features require more time and effort, and we’ll definitely add them in the future. Below is the full list of changes.

General Changes

  • Dialogue progression now happens via the “Continue” button instead of any key press.

  • The game is now paused while the Steam Overlay is open.

  • Added the ability to surrender to the enemy.

  • Heart filling in H-scenes has been sped up.

  • Added menu open/close on the ESC key.

  • Added support for Num keys.

  • Added automatic end of turn when the player has no actions left.

  • All Steam achievements have been translated into supported languages.

  • Added the option to skip the tutorial.

  • The tutorial now properly checks for starter achievements — if they failed to unlock due to an error, the game will unlock them automatically.

  • Increased the number of blockable spells.

Post-Game Changes

  • Added the ability to unlock cards using resources.

  • You can now accelerate inside the tunnel.

  • Added the ability to unlock scenes if the player never died to enemies.

  • After completing the Lair of Evil, it is now added to the dungeon list.

  • Added console commands allowing you to change equipment and spell levels:

    • Equipment: [c]hat_1 – hat_5[/c], [c]robe_1 – robe_5[/c], [c]belt_1 – belt_5[/c], [c]amulet_1 – amulet_5[/c], [c]tome_1 – tome_5[/c]

    • Spells: [c]spell_1 – spell_5[/c]

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an exploit with the Rune of Foresight that allowed rerolling rewards after removing a skill.

  • The Forbidden Page effect no longer incorrectly unlocks “once per battle” spells.

  • Fixed loss of game focus after opening the Steam Overlay, which could cause the controls to stop working.

  • Resolved an infinite loop caused by interactions with the Plague effect and certain mechanics.

  • Fixed a crash when moving spells during reward distribution.

  • Fixed a potential softlock when killing an enemy with the Phoenix spell.

  • Fixed a UI issue where an enemy’s HP could display as 0 despite being full (sometimes after skipping a turn).

Other

  • A memorial plaque dedicated to the NUCLOWN YouTube channel has been added to the camp — he streamed the game at release, but his channel was permanently banned.
