Giantfall changes
There is a new build in the now public beta branch. This adds some key changes to game play along with some requested improvements to both the Tutorial and the Dialogs. Details below.
Amberstones
These will No-longer convert villagers or Refugees into GIants. This allows you to not worry about picking resources or cleaning mess around Amberstones.
Military Units or special units will still be effected
Dialogs
Pressing Escape when a main dialog is open will now close that dialog rather than pull up the Pause menu. Note, it will still display the Pause menu when no dialog is open as before
Tutorial and New Game Mode
The tutorial will now lock new game mode into the Easy Story Teller (Emis) and the small world and either Easy or Standard Creature difficulty. This is to allow new players more time to get used to the game mechanics.
Note, enabling Tutorial and doing continue game or In-Game will not change the game modes or story tellers
Note, this is Beta Branch only.
To Enable Beta branch click Properties for the GIantFall game in your library and select Beta. This will do the update. The Beta branch is expected to go onto the main branch withing 2-3 days.
