Input Reader for Super MovesIncrease the window leniency between each directional input
Before new motions (e.g., the second QCF in a double QCF input), increase the window before the next motion (was increased recently, but this is increasing it even more slightly)
Also before new motions, allow the last input of the first motion to be held (i.e., previously, it did not accept when holding the last direction of the first motion for a while before the second motion)
Increase window before last attack presses if the player is in pre-jump or early rising jump frames (to match special moves)
Input Reader for SpecialsFor the increased input window while in pre-jump or early rising jump frames, increase it slightly more
Fight UIAdd black border around MAX Super meter
VFXBlood Gem Singular (214G) = more particle effects
