Gargadusa's Tower changes

Renamed adventurers now show their new name everywhere they appear, including poaching-offer letters, the Correspondence inbox, and Hall of Fame legends. I've been actively auditing and de-bugging this, so let me know if you see any that are not correct.
Recruitment screen: the Adventurers and Academy Prospects lists can now be sorted by Name (click the Name column header).
Scouting: create named, color-coded priority templates once and apply them to many scouts at once; editing a template re-applies to every attached scout.
- Scoutinga new "Auto-Watch" toggle (on by default) — idle scouts automatically Watch the Board instead of sitting unassigned for weeks. Turn it off to keep scouts deliberately parked.
Market: pinned materials now sort to the top of the trade material filter and the "You offer" / "You request" lists.
Market: the "You request" material rows now have a MAX button, matching the "You offer" side.
- Guild tradeadded +100 / +1k / +5k / +10k gold-preset buttons and a Clear to the offer and request gold sliders.
Guild trade: materials you've excluded from offers no longer silently vanish, they stay listed (dimmed, "Excluded") with a one-click restore where you expect them, instead of only being undoable from a separate panel.

Higher building tiers no longer silently drop a lower tier's bonus on upgrade: The Stacks keeps its XP bonus and the Infirmary keeps its medical-cost reduction at Tier 2 and Tier 3.
Earned-only traits (Family Legacy, Proven, Scarred Survivor, Guild Champion, Academy Graduate) can no longer appear on randomly generated or headhunted recruits — they must be earned in-game as intended.
Career longevity now depends on role: low-impact roles (Ranged DPS, Healers) peak later and decline later and more gently, so casters and healers can keep raiding well into their later years; frontline roles (Tanks, Melee) are unchanged.
The free-agent pool now includes a believable mix of seasoned veterans, not only fresh recruits — more experienced mid/high-level agents appear each season, and an aged applicant now shows an age-appropriate level instead of reading as a "32-year-old level 1".
