BUG FIXES

Fixed RES (Arcane Resistance) tooltip incorrectly saying "Resolve — mental fortitude"; tooltip now matches the stat.
Fixed trade auto-decline OVR threshold rejecting material-only trades because they have no "OVR" to score — auto-decline now only applies to adventurer trades.
Fixed weekly Recruit summary over-reporting new applicants (e.g. "82 new applicants" when the pool cap clamped insertions to 26) — now counts actual insertions.
Fixed RES tooltip drift between stat catalog and dossier.

Academy
Per-role instructor slots. Faculty is now keyed by role (Tank / Healer / Melee / Ranged) — each trainee draws teaching primarily from the instructor in their role slot, falling back to the highest-skilled assigned instructor when their slot is empty. Existing saves migrate automatically: instructors land in their specialization-matched slot, sorted by skill on ties.
Adventurer-mentor selector got a sort dropdown (Level / OVR / Potential / Role) and inline trait pills so you can pick the right personality for the struggling trainee at a glance.
Mid-semester intervention badge ⚠ propagated to the top-level TRAIN nav — no more digging into the Academy just to learn a trainee needs attention. This COULD be too much, so let me know if it's annoying.
Tutorials & Sage's Wisdom
New Damage Types guide — physical / elemental / arcane / etc. and how multi-type combat resolves.
New Class explainers for all 42 classes.
Quest cards show tactician-quality-gated damage type intel — higher-quality tacticians surface enemy resistances inline.
Operations & Recruit
Target name in Scout Operations row is now clickable — drills into the target's detail (free agent / academy prospect / rival / trading block).
Recruit STAFF sub-tab is now sticky across adventurer navigation — switching adventurers no longer resets you back to "Adventurers."
Full Dossier got tooltips matching the minimized view.
Color standardization across skill / key-stat / maxed indicators — amber no longer means three different things at once.
Parties
Party notes: small free-text pad per party. Type something, click Save (or blur) to commit. Def looking for feedback on this one! Markets & Trading
Material offer cards: "expires soon" badge + offer-type filter.
Trade negotiation: per-material "Auto-fill to Possible / Likely" buttons size each line to where the deal becomes acceptable.
Trade negotiation: gold-preset buttons are now additive with a Clear button to reset.
Training & Yard
New "Class Role" auto-training mode — picks the program that best matches each adventurer's class role (Tank/Healer/Melee/Ranged). Gated on Training Yard T2.
Maxed-stat indicator in program list — you can see at a glance which programs would be wasted because all their targets are at ceiling.
"Disable All Auto-Training" bulk action on the Academy header (with confirm modal) — useful when taking manual control mid-season.
Weekly Summary
Bulk Sell/Salvage on the OTHERS panel with confirm gate.
Inline favorite / dismiss buttons on scouted recruits.
Sole gatherer name shown inline so you know who you're talking about without opening a panel.
Crafting & Gear
All / Crafters / Refiners filter on the artisan sidebar.
Socket dots rendered in the ItemCard improvement indicator so socket count is legible from the list.
Front Desk
Poach Accept blockers surfaced in Front Desk Correspondence — when Accept is grayed out you can see why.

QUALITY OF LIFE

Contract Expiration alert now shows a Potential tier column so you can judge "is this person worth renewing?" without opening the dossier.
Auto-training scoring formula now scores by delivered gain, not raw headroom. "Toughness Training" (3 weeks, 1-2 pts × 3 stats) no longer beats "Basic Conditioning" (1 week, 1-2 pts × 2 stats) when the targets are mostly already trained.
Weakness Training filter relaxed: programs with >80% of targets at ceiling are skipped (not just 100%) so fringe-trainable programs stop crowding out genuinely productive ones.
Scout watch priority: academy-first when filter is "All Recruits" — unscouted youth prospects come before favorites in the watch queue.
