Today marks the release of "The Shield of Hiltcrest" -- the first book in the Gargadusa's Tower universe. Dive into the deep lore of the realm of Irda as you follow Ulric Halfgrim's arrival in the port town of Hiltcrest.
Writing this book was surprisingly transformative. I had so much fun making "Gargadusa's Tower" (the video game) that I wanted to tell a story (or two) inside of that universe and it just slowly turned into a book.
It's not a big novel (130 pages), but it's a start to a passion and a joy that I didn't know I had -- and I'm excited to write more and continue to build out this universe.
If you like high fantasy slice of life stories, you'll find yourself right at home with this one.
