Added Squad Skill - Attack Source Estimation
Added new ambient audio
Added a toggle option for whether the game pauses when out of focus
Adjusted some audio effects
Added enemy vehicle spawn limits
Reduced the efficiency of enemy trench construction (the enemy will now only build during daytime and in good weather)
Reduced the level of some enemy trenches
Temporarily removed the infiltration squad event (currently being reworked)
Increased the experience required for squad upgrades (levels 4, 5, and 6)
Added straight line drawing for markers
Marker drawings can now be saved
Fixed an issue where people could live inside water towers
Fixed an issue where some radio conversations played too frequently
Fixed an issue where ricochet effects for tracer rounds were not displaying correctly
Fixed an issue where repair shops moved vehicles into blocked parking tiles
Fixed incorrectly saved supply convoys
