added๐ŸŽฎ FD 27 โ€” DEMO UPDATEA new update is now available for the free FD 27 demo! We've been working hard to improve the experience ahead of the v0.1 launch, and here are all the changes arriving today.
changedโšก PERFORMANCE: 75% FASTER DAY PROGRESSIONThis was the main pain point reported by the community. Advancing days, especially on matchdays with multiple games, could be frustrating on lower-end hardware. We've rewritten the day processing logic and the result speaks for itself: a 75% improvement in loading times. The game now feels much snappier and smoother.
fixed๐Ÿ’ผ NEW NEGOTIATION SCREEN FOR INCOMING OFFERSWhen another club comes for one of your players, you'll no longer be limited to just accepting or rejecting. You now have a full negotiation screen to handle counter-offers: negotiate the transfer fee, evaluate the offer and make your decision with all the information in front of you. We've also fixed a visual bug on this screen: the buying club's badge has been correctly repositioned, moved out of the header and into the lower section of the detail panel, where it makes much more contextual sense.
changed๐ŸŸ๏ธ CHANGE ON THE MAIN SCREENOn days when you have a match scheduled, the main button will no longer show "Advance" but instead "Play Match". No more confusion, no more accidentally skipping a game. The game now clearly tells you what you can do at any given moment.
changed๐Ÿค MORE REALISTIC TRANSFER NEGOTIATIONSWe've rebalanced the salary negotiation system for players you want to sign. Previously it was too common for players to flat-out refuse to negotiate their wages, cutting the process short before it even began. From now on, the resistance to negotiate drops considerably in most cases. That said, the difficulty stays where it should: if a player is significantly better than your squad average, or comes from a higher division than yours, their financial demands will still reflect their level. Signing a top player will never be easy, but at least now you'll always get the chance to try.
