Foobar Zero will be participating in Steam PvP Fest!
This game is all about PvP, so get in there, and beat some friends! There will also be an in-game mini event, where you can get a unique beanie, just from playing the game! Check out the in-game event description for information, found in the home page of the main menu.
You will receive one mission each day.
Completing a mission will reward you 1 PvP Token, and generate 1-3 new missions.
You can complete 10 missions each day at max.
There are some exclusive rewards which are not available outside of this event. These may become available in store at a later date, or as a different variation.
Try out different weapons and skills. You don't need to buy weapons and skills in this game, they will automatically be unlocked after you reach the required level. You can check, and equip these items in the Main menu -> inventory -> Loadout tab.
Each character can have 3 weapons, and 3 skills (passive-active-ultimate). Character slots unlock at certain levels.
Try out different weapon and skill combinations to find the best for you. Make different setups for different gamemodes, or different roles (e.g. attacker and defender). You can switch character during a match at any time.
Jump into the game as quickly as possible using the Quick play function, reachable from Main menu -> Play. It will find you already opened rooms, or make you a new one, if you don't fit anything. Quickplay is restricted to EU and NA, however, if you're outside of these regions, you can still host a custom room, and play with anyone who have good connection to you.
Make your own custom rooms, with custom settings and specific maps, from Main menu -> Play -> Lobbies tab. Here you can browse other custom rooms, join them, or press create, to make your own. You have full control on when to start the game, when to switch map, and you can even make password protected rooms, where you can play only with friends.
By default, bots are enabled for every room, but you can disable them via the "Options" button in the Room creator panel. Bots have 3 difficulties, if you want a harder challenge. Bots will only fill out empty spaces, and they get kicked out, if a player joins.
