After a turbulent start, we’re really happy to see so many of you in and playing the Rise of the Heskry. Thank you for showing up and making this community as strong as it can be. While most of our work up until now has been on the backend side, a few things we wanted to adjust in the game require a small update. We’re overall really happy with what we’ve seen in regards to how each hero is performing at the moment. We are watching the progression excitedly and are putting out a few adjustments in today’s hotfix.
Pinnacle Dungeon - Xul, The Blood Monolith
We have fixed a bug causing players to be unable to enter the Pinnacle Dungeon after successfully matchmaking.
Progression
Fixed an issue blocking players from being able to progress to the next league correctly in the Game Finder.
Legendary Loot
Once players have been able to attain all their hero’s [Legendary Items], the value of additional [Legendary Items] found was being severely undermined as it would replace any normal item that chest would have otherwise contained. We have addressed this by making sure [Legendary Items] do not replace “normal loot” in the chest.
When a player receives a [Legendary Item] in the end-of-dungeon-chest, it will now be in addition to any other items that would have dropped in that chest.
Heroes
Gunde
Talent - [Death’s Arc]
Fixed a bug causing [Death’s Arc] to sometimes fail to grant the proc and critical strike chance bonus - resulting in it only gaining a cooldown reset.
Talent - [Bloodcraze]
Fixed an issue causing [Bloodcraze] to only deal damage 2 times, instead of the intended 3 times - causing it to deal 33.4% less damage than it should on each use.
Talent - [Harvester’s Toll]
Fixed a bug causing [Harvester’s Toll] to only function once per Gunde’s lifetime (it would not proc again until after Gunde had died, or loaded into another dungeon).
Elarion
Talent - [Repeating Stars]
Can now reduce the cooldown of [Starfall Volley] no more than 3 seconds maximum on each cast of [Multishot] (was unlimited, causing it to scale unreasonably in high target count fights).
Legendary - [Shimmering Silver Cape]
[Shimmer] now stacks up to 3 times on enemies (was 2 times), for a total of 30% increased damage taken from Elarion (was 20%).
Aeona
Talent - [Paradoxical Twist]
When [Temporal barrage] is used against an enemy, it now deals 50% more damage to the main target (was 30%) and the additional bolts deal 40% of normal power (was 30%).
When [Temporal barrage] is used to heal an ally, now also cleanses [Stagger] equal to 3% of the target’s maximum health with every bolt (was 2%).
Talent - [Echoes of Divinity]
Now cleanses [Stagger] equal to 1.5% of the target’s maximum health every 1 second for 5 seconds (was 1%).
Blessings
Fixed a bug causing [The Celestial] Rank 1 to grant 105% chance to grant 1 Spirit Point upon using a [Power] ability. Now at the intended 5% chance, as stated in the tooltip.
Dungeons
Heart of Tuzari
Fixed a bug causing the [Barbed Roots] in Heart of Tuzari to get stuck in idle behavior after having been interrupted, if a player positioned themselves within melee range of it.
The Ransack of Drakheim
Fixed a bug with [Auga Handhafi the Blind’s] [Shadow Conduit] ability, causing it to always deal damage to the player even when not standing in other player’s “lines” during the [Dark Ritual] phase.
